What Is RTT®?

Connect With Your Subconscious Mind

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is an incredible technique that uses hypnosis which allows us to come to New Realisations about ourselves and our lives by accessing the subconscious in order to understand how and why we formed beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. This understanding gives us the awareness necessary to make the changes we desire and to tell a new story of our life.

Marisa Peer, a renowned Hypnotherapist from London, England with over 30 years of experience, developed Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®). RTT® is a hybrid system using a unique combination of techniques influenced by and including hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychology, to guide clients to better understand the subconscious beliefs that create patterns, habits, behaviors and feelings of being overwhelmed in everyday life, then reframe those beliefs in order to look at things from a new perspective.

Perception Is Power

How we feel about situations matters. How we respond to them is even more important. When we can see things from a new perspective, it changes our perception as well as how we feel and respond. Each person sees the world through their own lenses, which are shaped by their individual life experiences. Understanding what lenses we see the world through allows us the choice to upgrade them to benefit us in all new ways, seeing things from a clearer perspective.

Life never stops happening, but when we realise that our power is in how we respond to it, we can begin to live life in a whole new way. Perception is Power. This is where your mind comes into play and RTT® allows the client (you) to view, reframe and respond to life in all new ways. It all begins with you. You ALREADY have everything you need inside of you.
